Program management responsibilities include the Neighborhood Drainage Assistance Program (NDAP), Enforcement, and SWM Fee Reviews.<br \/><br \/>Additional tasks include being the lead engineer providing technical assistance to the Rainscapes Program and supporting all other Stormwater Section and Unit programs as assigned. This role provides technical assistance to landowners private and public and will require well developed communication skills in the delivery of customer service.<br \/><br \/>As a Senior Engineer, you will design, manage, and implement small construction projects, provide technical assistance to diverse stakeholders and ensure compliance with King County code related to drainage and surface water management. This position requires the successful applicant to have the skills and knowledge to independently develop and implement drainage maintenance and improvement projects in the urban and rural landscapes to address a wide variety of stormwater and surface water related problems. Act as the lead engineer interfacing with the Rainscapes program to provide engineering technical assistance. \u00a0Independently conduct surveys, design, permitting, and project management.
