Additional experience may be substituted for education on a year for year basis.<\/li>\n<li>Four (4) years of progressively responsible experience related to public program and policy development or, related to the management of noxious weeds and\/or invasive plant species or, in a closely related field specific to the position. Demonstrated competence in the principles and practices of public policy development and administration.
