Assist with recreational crab monitoring activities associated with the coastal crab monitoring project. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Conduct crabber interviews at assigned boat ramps, WDFW access sites, public beaches, or on docks to collect effort and harvest estimates.<\/strong><\/p>\n

With that in mind,\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Picture yourself\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>collecting crab effort, harvest, and biological data using established methodologies while also\u00a0providing outreach and sport fishing regulatory information to the public.<\/p>\n

With your experience\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>you will collect recreational crab creel data essential to the future management of the coastal recreational crab fishery.<\/p>\n

We are seeking a candidate,<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0who will support the WDFW mission of protecting, restoring, and enhancing fish and wildlife and their habitats, while providing sustainable fish and wildlife-related recreational and commercial opportunities through habitat protection and enhancement activities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
