procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Identify, communicate, and maintain off season benefits for eligible seasonal employees.<\/li>\n<li>Audit PEBB worksheets completed by staff for accuracy and correct benefits eligibility. Assists staff in interpreting, applying payroll and benefit laws, rules, regulations, bargaining unit contracts, policies, and procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<strong>Reporting:\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Run existing reports in HRMS and distribute reports to payroll staff to ensure accuracy of payroll during payroll cutoff.<\/li>\n<li>Run existing reports in Total Time. Distribute reports to payroll staff and the agency contacts to ensure accuracy of payroll during payroll cutoff.<\/li>\n<li>Run and distribute payroll reports to agency contacts after payroll close or month close.<\/li>\n<li>Run on demand HRMS reports when requested from agency contacts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\u00a0<br \/><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS:<\/strong><br \/>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><strong>Work Setting, including hazards:<\/strong>\n<ul type=\"circle\">\n<li>Work environment is a busy office setting. Office hazards include working under fluorescent light, repetitively entering data into computer, looking at computer monitor for long periods of time, sitting or standing for long periods of time. Varying degrees of activity occur in common areas during work hours, must be able to work amid distractions and interruptions.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schedule:<\/strong>\n<ul type=\"circle\">\n<li>Core hours are 8:00 AM &#8211; 5:00 PM, Monday &#8211; Friday.<\/li>\n<li>Scheduled work hours may be flexible.<\/li>\n<li>May occasionally be required to work more than 40 hours per week or on weekends to meet deadlines during payroll cut-off and open enrollment periods.
