This position serves as a right-of-way subject matter expert and plays a critical role in advising and supporting region and agency efforts to grant and acquire real property rights in accordance with the applicable laws and policies. This particular position serves as the liaison to the United States Forest Service as the cost share analyst and also works to facilitate access issues.<br \/><br \/>The Rights-of-Way Program coordinates and negotiates to acquire access for state land management activities, grant rights to use state lands, and find solutions to intricate land management issues.
