About the speaker:<\/strong><\/p>\n Scott is the Rules Coordinator for the department of Fish and Wildlife (DFW). For over 23 years, he has worked as an attorney or regulatory manager at a number of state agencies including DSHS, L&I, DOH, Office of the Insurance Commissioner and DOL. In 2017, he helped to recodify DFW\u2019s WAC title combining Titles 220 and 232.
