accounts payable; maintain positive relationships with funders<\/li>\n<li>Generate monthly\/quarterly billings as directed by ED and funder guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Process all bank deposits\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Process payroll, including submitting all payroll taxes and reports on time<\/li>\n<li>Manage tracking of donations\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Prepare project-based expense and revenue\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly reporting to Board\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Process requests for administrative reimbursements to ensure compliance with funder guidelines\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Generate financial reports for Executive Director, Staff, Board, and funders<\/li>\n<li>Work with Executive Director on budget development, tracking and cash flow<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate preparation of annual federal &amp;
