We invite you to apply for the Administrative Services Supervisor position where you will support the agency mission by building and supervising the agency\u2019s administrative team. You will be vital as the agency implements a newly authorized program expansion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schedule and Salary<\/strong>: Office hours are 8AM-5PM. \u00a0A hybrid\/flexible shift is available. The annual salary range of compensation for this position is dependent upon qualifications, although the expected hiring salary will typically be less than the top of the range, to allow for growth and development movement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you will be doing:<\/strong><br \/>You will supervise the agency\u2019s administrative team and will report to the agency\u2019s Administrative Services Manager. You will be responsible for the development, planning, and management of the agency\u2019s administrative functions. You will develop and implement administrative policy, assist with intra-agency coordination of documents and records, and strategic direction in meeting the agency\u2019s strategic plan goals. \u00a0You will collaborate with other state and local agencies and industry representatives regarding agency continuous improvement efforts, records management and data coordination, and organizational change management. You will also support the agency by coordinating program policy and regulatory compliance for public records. You will research organizational change issues, analyze agency efficiencies, evaluate and present recommendations to agency leadership regarding continuous improvement and efficiency in meeting agency strategic goals. \u00a0You will be critical as the agency implements a newly authorized program expansion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Some of what you\u2019ll be doing includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In addition to supervising the agency\u2019s administrative team, you will:<\/li>\n<li>Develop, plan, and manage the agency\u2019s administrative and customer service functions.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate agency facility activities.<\/li>\n<li>Support the agency by coordinating program policy and regulatory compliance for public records.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Support the Administrative Services Manager and other members of the Management Team and contribute to agency strategic planning activities and biennial budget development.<\/li>\n<li>Assist agency staff in adapting to changing processes.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate and determine the agency\u2019s information technology needs, coordinating with WaTech, the Offices of the Chief Information Officer and Cyber Security, and outside vendors as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Track data and develop written reports.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other state and local agencies and industry representatives regarding agency continuous improvement efforts and make recommendations to agency leadership.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the UST Financial Responsibility Verification Program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED:<\/strong><br \/>A Bachelor\u2019s degree or above in business administration, public administration, or a related field<br \/><strong>AND<\/strong><br \/>Three years of professional experience in a field mentioned above<br \/>\u00a0<br \/><strong>OR<\/strong><br \/>A comparable combination of graduate education and experience totaling seven years<br \/>\u00a0<br \/><strong>AND<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communications skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently or within a team in a manner that builds trust and promotes teamwork.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read, understand, and interpret policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and ethical behavior at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PREFERRED:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Experience working with digital media to perform electronic records search, retrieval, and production.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Washington State laws related to records and information management and public disclosure.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supervising one or more
