The City of Bellingham, which serves as the\u200b county seat of Whatcom County, is at the center of a uniquely picturesque area offering a rich variety of recreational, cultural, educational and economic activities.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.governmentjobs.com\/careers\/cobwa\/jobs\/4053306\/recreation-instructor-regular-non-benefited\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Recreation\u00a0Instructor<\/a>\u00a0will work as the program lead for the City of Bellingham&#8217;s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cob.org\/gov\/public\/volunteer\/parks-volunteer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Parks Volunteer Program (PVP)<\/a>.
