One position will be under the direct supervision of the Revenue Manager and the other position under direct supervision of the Contracts, Grants, and Procurement Manager.<\/p>\n<p>Duties include but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receives, opens, sorts and distributes mail.<\/li>\n<li>Reviews Bank deposit records (BDR), shift summaries, credit card transaction reports, and receipts.<\/li>\n<li>Reviews and follows up on bank deposit reports.<\/li>\n<li>Alphabetizes and files paperwork according to established procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Reviews and inputs data.<\/li>\n<li>Establishes and prepares new files or categories.<\/li>\n<li>Archives records.<\/li>\n<li>Data entry.<\/li>\n<li>Files payroll and other financial documents.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and prepare new files.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<br \/><\/strong><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school graduation or equivalent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>One (1) year of clerical experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT<\/strong><br \/>All Washington State Parks employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by the time of hire.
