To quote a popular saying at TNC, \u201cyou\u2019ll join for the mission, and you\u2019ll stay for the people.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER<br \/><\/strong><\/span>The Science &amp; Conservation Specialist works in a TNC office and provides administrative, research, project management and other general support to TNC\u2019s Science and Conservation teams. The Science &amp; Conservation Specialist will support the Science and Conservation teams in meeting planning and preparation, agenda development, meeting management and follow up. In addition, they will administratively support The Nature Conservancy\u2019s unique partnership with the University of Washington, managing budgets, contractual agreements and coordinating between organizations to support TNC science team activities. They will manage documents and materials, enter data in databases, interface with various staff, members, donors, and trustees, and respond to internal and external requests for information.<\/p>\n<p>While most of the work will be located in a TNC office, some work may occur in variable weather conditions, at remote locations, on difficult and hazardous terrain, and under physically demanding circumstances.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>WE&#8217;RE LOOKING FOR YOU<br \/><\/strong><\/span>Are you looking for work you can believe in?
