Mandatory seasonal overtime.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Transportation:<\/strong>\u00a0Provide own transportation to work sites, Hillsboro facility or other planned locations<\/p>\n<p><strong>Summary:<\/strong>\u00a0Execute habitat restoration treatments while maintaining measurable safety, quality, and output requirements<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Experience\/Qualifications (Required)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Ability to learn new tasks, skills and systems<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Ability to work and communicate professionally with teammates, clients and the public<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Ability to work outdoors across uneven terrain during inclement weather for eight to ten hours of productive manual labor<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Ability to safely lift 60 lbs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Valid driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primary Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Perform site preparation tasks using a variety of power equipment, hand tools and herbicide application techniques.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Install trees and shrubs as bare-roots, cuttings, poles, containers, plugs, and bulbs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Controlling noxious weeds through careful, precise application of herbicides using backpack sprayers<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Assisting healthy growth of native tree and shrub plants by restoration techniques using hand-tools, power tools, and other equipment.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Operate and maintain company vehicles, trailers, power equipment and all other tools.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Other duties as requested by manager and coaches<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Job Expectations (Required)<br \/><\/strong><\/span><strong>Team Membership Requirements:\u00a0<\/strong>Ash Creek Forest Management is a team environment.
