Contact information below) This position is scheduled to work 40 hours a week for a limited duration of time. Approx. 2-3 months. Performs a wide variety of clerical and office tasks in support of Human Resources.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h1><u>EXAMPLES OF DUTIES<\/u><\/h1>\n<p>Ability to interpret and apply the CORE Retention Schedule, utilize scanning and computer equipment. Exercises critical thinking and research ability. Demonstrates a high level of confidentiality and signs a confidentiality agreement.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h1><u>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE<\/u><\/h1>\n<h2>Knowledge of:<\/h2>\n<p>Office practices and procedures.<\/p>\n<p>Standard office equipment, such as a computer, copier, fax machine, scanner. Business English, composition, grammar, spelling, punctuation and format.<\/p>\n<p>Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).<\/p>\n<h2>Ability to:<\/h2>\n<p>Establish and maintain a professional relationship with the general public, the Board, other Elected Officials and County employees.<\/p>\n<p>Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.<\/p>\n<p>Operate standard office equipment, such as a computer, copier, FAX machine and scanner.<\/p>\n<p>Work independently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Establish and maintain filing and record keeping systems.<\/p>\n<p>Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information.
