Responsible for management of grants and Tribal funds used to implement stewardship and restoration projects. Responsible to help develop and implement a land stewardship strategy for Environmental Department managed lands, along with any associated stewardship monitoring. Assist other programs and staff with restoration projects, and will manage fish passage barrier removal and salmon habitat enhancement projects.<\/p>\n<p><b>COMPENSATION:<\/b><b>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>$28.79 hr.<\/p>\n<p><b>MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor Degree in fisheries science, aquatic ecology, forest ecology, biology, wetland, environmental science, or natural resources-oriented field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Two (2) years working in a natural resources-oriented field.<\/li>\n<li>One (1) year working with or for a natural resources project implementation crew.<\/li>\n<li>Two (2) years working in a\u00a0supervisory role.\u00a0<b><i>preferred<\/i><\/b><\/li>\n<li>One (1) year experience in conservation land stewardship maintenance.\u00a0<b><i>preferred<\/i><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>REQUIRED LICENSES\/CERTIFICATIONS\/PREREQUISITES<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>WA State Driver\u2019s License and must adhere to the Motor Vehicle Regulation\u00a0<b>(Personal Automobile Insurance &amp; Abstract Required)<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Must complete an<b>\u00a0Agility<\/b>\u00a0<b>exam\u00a0<\/b>to determine if physically capable of performing job duties<\/li>\n<li>Pesticide\/SPI License for herbicide application.
