The ideal candidate will be collaborative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow with us.<\/p>\n<p>The position reports to 10KYI\u2019s Executive Director and works closely with off-site accounting and bookkeeping contractors. Opportunities to expand skills include working with Geographic Information Systems software and attending trainings in all of the 10KYI focal areas.<br \/><br \/><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the daily operations of the 10KYI office<\/li>\n<li>Create, organize, update, and manage personnel and project records and databases<\/li>\n<li>Design and maintain filing systems (paper copies and e-filing via Microsoft SharePoint)<\/li>\n<li>Perform bookkeeping tasks including timesheet management, creating invoices, managing bills and payments, and tracking grant funding<\/li>\n<li>Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Excel, including tracking field operations using 10KYI spreadsheet and pivot table formats<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and oversee the completion of 10KYI treatment forms and records<\/li>\n<li>Track\u00a0stock and order office supplies and field gear<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and send weekly fieldwork schedule<\/li>\n<li>Participate in job interviews alongside Executive Director and oversee onboarding process for new hires (completion of hiring documents, creation of timesheets, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to grant reporting tasks<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the creation and distribution of outreach materials (flyers, pamphlets, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Perform other administrative duties, as requested and necessary<\/li>\n<li>Maintain presence at 10KYI\u2019s office when staff is conducting fieldwork, at trainings, or meeting landowners\/partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To achieve success in this position, candidates must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
