{"id":46543,"date":"2022-07-14T06:11:38","date_gmt":"2022-07-14T13:11:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sites.evergreen.edu\/mesweekly\/?p=46543"},"modified":"2022-07-14T06:11:38","modified_gmt":"2022-07-14T13:11:38","slug":"job-fiscal-analyst-puget-sound-partnership-statewide-wa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sites.evergreen.edu\/mesweekly\/job-fiscal-analyst-puget-sound-partnership-statewide-wa\/","title":{"rendered":"Job: Fiscal Analyst, Puget Sound Partnership (Statewide, WA)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><!--more--><b><strong>For more information, please follow this link:\u00a0<\/strong><\/b> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.governmentjobs.com\/careers\/washington\/jobs\/3430627\/fiscal-analyst-3\">https:\/\/www.governmentjobs.com\/careers\/washington\/jobs\/3430627\/fiscal-analyst-3<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong>&#8211; $47,844.00 &#8211; $62,748.00 Annually<\/p>\n<p>Duties<\/p>\n<p><em>Some of the duties include:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Make policy and process recommendations to management that comply with state federal requirements<\/li>\n<li>Receive and analyze documentation to determine amounts owed to or by the agency<\/li>\n<li>Contact vendors or customers to explain and resolve issues<\/li>\n<li>Understand how budgeting and accounting activities intersect to support sound fiscal management<\/li>\n<li>Determine the appropriate account coding for payment documents based on supporting documentation and the agency chart of accounts<\/li>\n<li>Create invoices and the supporting documentation needed to bill other agencies<\/li>\n<li>Review contract files to determine the negotiated budget and billing terms and conditions<\/li>\n<li>Review contractor invoices for completeness and compliance<\/li>\n<li>Record contract payment information into the Enterprise Contract Management System (ECMS)<\/li>\n<li>Assist contractors and PSP Contract Managers to resolve budget and billing issues<\/li>\n<li>Collect and reconcile timesheets to the Day 5 Report<\/li>\n<li>Collect and distribute hourly staff timesheets and CTR reports<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate year-end process related to agency payables and receivables<\/li>\n<li>Identify anomalies in accounting data and determine resolution<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and distribute a monthly fiscal contract status report<\/li>\n<li>Analyze federal expenditures and revenue drawn-to-date to determine monthly federal revenue draw<\/li>\n<li>Process journal vouchers (JV)<\/li>\n<li>Manage the travel processes for the agency<\/li>\n<li>Review all agency travel reimbursement requests for accuracy and compliance with applicable state and federal requirements<\/li>\n<li>Determine the appropriate account coding based on supporting documentation and the agency chart of accounts<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the Purchase Card Custodian for the agency\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p><strong>Success in this position requires that one be a team player, which is defined as possessing initiative and a driving passion for the work, having humility and practicing curiosity in interactions with others, and valuing the whole human in each of us. \u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0<br \/>We are committed to achieving our mission of accelerating and advancing the recovery of Puget Sound.
