{"id":46502,"date":"2022-07-07T09:01:09","date_gmt":"2022-07-07T16:01:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sites.evergreen.edu\/mesweekly\/?p=46502"},"modified":"2022-07-07T09:01:09","modified_gmt":"2022-07-07T16:01:09","slug":"job-grants-and-contracts-coordinator-common-threads-farm-bellingham-wa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sites.evergreen.edu\/mesweekly\/job-grants-and-contracts-coordinator-common-threads-farm-bellingham-wa\/","title":{"rendered":"Job: Grants and Contracts Coordinator, Common Threads Farm (Bellingham, WA)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><!--more--><b><strong>For more information, please follow this link: <\/strong><\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservationjobboard.com\/job-listing-grants-and-contracts-coordinator-bellingham-washington\/3573591543?utm_source=ongage&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_campaign=regular\">https:\/\/www.conservationjobboard.com\/job-listing-grants-and-contracts-coordinator-bellingham-washington\/3573591543?utm_source=ongage&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_campaign=regular<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong>&#8211; $38-55k\/annual<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Research potential private foundation, and local, state, and national governmental funding opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Attend and take notes on funding related webinars<\/li>\n<li>Identify good funding fits, and track application requirements and deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with Executive Director in writing and submission of all grant applications<\/li>\n<li>Lead grant reporting process, which includes communicating any evaluation, data collection or story needs to program staff<\/li>\n<li>Lead grant invoicing process for cost reimbursement funding<\/li>\n<li>Manage grants and grants reporting in Common Threads\u2019 CRM (Neon) Skills and<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passion for Common Threads\u2019 mission of connecting kids with healthy food from seed to table<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated successful experience in researching, applying for and managing private and governmental funds<\/li>\n<li>Able to collaborate with a small and close-knit leadership team: responding, delegating, and coordinating as appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Creative, self-starting, candid, courageous, flexible and agile in the face of change, and able to have fun while getting things done<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and spoken communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Able to balance detail-orientation with big picture thinking<\/li>\n<li>Organized, punctual, reliable: able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Legacy\/sustainability oriented \u2013 strong documentation and record-keeping skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong computer skills and experience with virtual meeting platforms, Google Suite, and NeonCRM\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Although virtual work will often be an option, the successful candidate for this position will need to be able to participate in in person work at Common Threads\u2019 Bellingham, WA office at least 1 day\/week.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Hours and Compensation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full Time (defined as 35+ hours\/week), non-exempt<\/li>\n<li>Trust based work time and location<\/li>\n<li>95% dental and medical premiums for employees (employees may add dependents at their own expense)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>3@1K retirement match\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Starting salary $38-55K.
