$32.00 per hour<\/p>\n<p><strong>Represent PEI in the Region<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be a positive ambassador of PEI<\/li>\n<li>Work within the mission to implement PEI\u2019s strategic plan goals<\/li>\n<li>Provide regional planning, support, and reporting for PEI<\/li>\n<li>Attend and contribute to PEI\u2019s virtual or in-person professional learning workshops<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to PEI\u2019s social media and outreach efforts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>District, School, and Teacher Engagement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engage districts, schools, and teachers to initiate systemic FieldSTEM implementation<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate the work of districts and schools to embed FieldSTEM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Professional Learning and Regional Meeting Facilitation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate and\/or deliver professional learning opportunities in collaboration with other staff and consultants<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate collaborative regional meetings with teachers, district liaisons, consultants, business, and organization partners to aid in FieldSTEM implementation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Community Partner Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct and maintain a community asset inventory identifying partners that can support FieldSTEM implementation<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate and support community partner to school connections, function as the point of contact<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree and 3+ years of experience as a formal classroom educator or equivalent lived experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with and leading adults; skilled in meeting and workshop facilitation<\/li>\n<li>Self-directed, takes initiative to follow through on plans and projects<\/li>\n<li>Professional, positive, creative, flexible<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team<\/li>\n<li>Enthusiastic, committed to education, teachers, and students;
