The EE mission is to provide the community with science-based, hands-on<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">learning opportunities related to shellfish, water quality and Puget Sound stewardship. This<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">includes grant writing, program development and execution, fostering partnerships, social<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">media, and reporting back to PSI\u2019s funders, board of directors, and other stakeholders.<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Historically, PSI educators have been both scientists<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">and<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">educators allowing us to provide<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">students with career connections, job skills and locally based case studies.
