As outdoor school coordinator,<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">your role is integral to the re-launch of outdoor<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">school: you\u2019ll implement a day outdoor school<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">program this spring, and design and build an<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">overnight outdoor school program for fall. This<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">seasonal position could transition to a year-round<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">permanent position with a successful outreach and<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">enrollment campaign for fall 2022 outdoor school.<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">This spring and fall, you coordinate and teach<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">outdoor school in local Oregon parks using student-<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">and nature-centered curricula developed with the<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">guidance of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">and our team\u2019s equity consultants. Throughout the<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">course of a multi-day program, you\u2019ll guide 5th and<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">6th grade students in building their relationship with<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the natural world and each other.<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">This summer, you\u2019ll apply the lessons from spring to<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">develop fall overnight programming.
