Each entry will be reviewed by a committee composed of students, staff and faculty at the University of Colorado (CU) Boulder.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>#1. 1-2 page pdf description of entry, including<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; title of creative work,<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0names and affiliations of all authors\/contributors,<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0contact information of person submitting the entry,<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0a statement of permissions for use of content, as necessary, and<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0a 100-word description of the work.<\/p>\n<p>#2.
