See for instance:<\/p>\n https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/abs\/pii\/S0959652619318098<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n No matter how they are formally called (Green Offices, Offices of<\/p>\n Sustainability or Office of Sustainability Services), they provide an<\/p>\n invaluable assistance towards ensuring that matters related to<\/p>\n sustainable development at universities are not only pursued<\/p>\n systematically, but also in a continuous way. But even though Green<\/p>\n Offices are important tools to better integrate sustainability as part<\/p>\n of university operations, there is a paucity of specialist events where<\/p>\n their activities may be discussed in an integrated way.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Based on this need, the World Symposium on Green Offices (WSGO 2022) is<\/p>\n being organised by the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences and<\/p>\n Manchester Metropolitan University, under the auspicies of the<\/p>\n European School of Sustainability Science and Research<\/p>\n https:\/\/esssr.eu\/<\/a>, and the Inter-University Sustainable Development<\/p>\n Research Programme https:\/\/www.haw-hamburg.de\/en\/ftz-nk\/programmes\/iusdrp\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n The World Symposium on Green Offices (WSGO) will be held as an online<\/b><\/p>\n event from 09.00 to 16.00 on Wednesday,\u00a0 7th December 2022. This will<\/b><\/p>\n take place in parallel to the “World Sustainable Development Teach-In<\/b><\/p>\n Day” 2022.<\/b><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n The event will run from 10:00 to 16:00 UTC (Coordinated Universal Time)<\/p>\n
