Our team is looking for a motivated individual who is<br \/>\npassionate about addressing climate change and empowering Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC)<br \/>\ncommunities in Thurston County and that will serve as a professional representative of TCAT. This position plays a key<br \/>\nrole in developing and implementing green building policies, programs, and projects throughout Thurston County. This<br \/>\nposition will also work with marginalized communities such as low-income and black, indigenous peoples, and people of<br \/>\ncolor (BIPOC). While the work will be focused on Thurston County, this person will also collaborate with appropriate<br \/>\npartners across Washington state to coordinate strategy, garner funding, and share successes and lessons learned. This<br \/>\nposition is guaranteed for six months (grant related), but we are hopeful that it will go beyond the initial term.
