Attend and take notes at<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">policy meetings. Support policy outreach and legislative campaigns.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page164R_mcid49\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">o<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Program Department: Support the Program Director and Program Coordinator in<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">program logistics. Database maintenance (Salesforce), verification and analysis of<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">workshop attendance, online registration process, education materials revision and<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">development.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page164R_mcid53\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">o<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Finance Department: Support the Finance Director with daily deposit verification,<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">report preparation, reconciliations of accounts and credit card statements, budget<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">preparation and budget reports.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page164R_mcid57\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">o<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">HR Department: Support the HR Director in Human Resource projects.
