Their job duties will include cultivating and maintaining relationships with teachers and administrators, recruiting local Yellowstone program students, processing participant paperwork and tuition, and communicating with teachers, administrators, students, and student families pre- and post-course. The recruitment coordinator\u2019s success will be a significant driver of this program\u2019s increased and sustained impact on youth and, by association, their communities.\u00a0The recruitment coordinator will share course implementation duties with other Yellowstone program staff, with a particular emphasis on supervising local courses.<\/p>\n<p>The Yellowstone recruitment coordinator will also support the program supervisor in the design and implementation of programs aimed at expanding local student impacts and alumni engagement.
