We felt it in our collective and we saw it in our community. People were hurting and struggling to adapt to the changes brought about by COVID-19. We wanted to inspire people to take action and we also wanted to\u00a0acknowledge the grief that people were experiencing, especially given\u00a0the increasing calls for a “Return to Normal”.\u00a0<\/p>\n Therefore, we decided to create a political education series and a cultural strategy project that\u00a0would\u00a0bring together pods of organizers, activists, and artists from\u00a0across the country to, “Resist\u00a0a Return to Normal” by deepening their relationships and diversifying their strategies.\u00a0<\/p>\n This 3-part project is made up of\u00a0The Resist Manifesto<\/a>,\u00a0The ReKindle Course Series<\/a>, and the\u00a0Creative Wildfire Call to Create<\/a>.
