As a soft-money research unit, this role is critical to ensure adequate funding to sustain its vital role in the research community both locally and across the globe.<\/p>\n<p>This position entails statistical analyses using Bayesian methods and Frequentist statistics to conduct model-based assessments of biogeochemical processes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Required Job Qualifications<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1. Master\u2019s Degree in Statistics<br \/>2. Experience using greenhouse gas emission models and\/or ecosystem models<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Preferred Job Qualifications<\/span> <\/p>\n<p>1. Experience with R<br \/>2. Experience with Bayesian statistical methods<br \/>3. Experience with Frequentist statistical methods<br \/>4. Experience with parallel computing systems<br \/>5.
