The individual will be expected to divide their time between these two agencies, which are 11 miles apart. These counties are fast-growing yet still predominantly rural and are located in the Eastern Panhandle of WV, which is close to Baltimore and Washington.\u00a0 Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and proficiency with the ESRI suite (ArcGIS Pro, Survey 123, and other applications \u2013 strongly preferred); proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat and social media.\u00a0<\/p>\n
