section of this publication.<\/p><\/div>\n<p><em><strong>Note &#8211; This recruitment announcement may be used to fill other Property &amp; Acquisition Specialist 4 positions that become available.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This position is responsible for performing specialized and complex duties in real estate services, project and lease program management, property valuation, appraisal, and audit. \u00a0The incumbent will apply advanced technical knowledge conducting real estate transactions requiring review, analyses, and alternatives; negotiating and effecting less than fee property agreements, lease, easement and partial sales of interest. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Duties include but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manages the statewide management real estate program&#8217;s Real Property Agreement (RPA) program.<\/li>\n<li>Independently coordinates, performs, and manages specialized and complex duties in real estate services relating to vacant, residential, commercial, recreational, and\/or industrial properties statewide for property transactions including site inspections, negotiations, appraisals, document preparation and execution.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct property inspections for compliance with terms and conditions of the contract.<\/li>\n<li>Gain compliance on any outstanding contract terms or conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Arranges, conducts, and participates in public meetings and hearings that are either required by law or are necessary for property notification to the public of land transactions.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in business or public administration, real estate, economics, accounting, or a closely related field.*<\/li>\n<li>Two (2) years of experience in real property appraising;
