Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n

This position is responsible for performing specialized and complex duties in real estate services, project and lease program management, property valuation, appraisal, and audit. \u00a0The incumbent will apply advanced technical knowledge conducting real estate transactions requiring review, analyses, and alternatives; negotiating and effecting less than fee property agreements, lease, easement and partial sales of interest. \u00a0<\/p>\n
