Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n
\u00b7 Review applicable codes for project feasibility<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Participates in design and permitting process to support project goals<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Submit for permits and review for compliance to environmental regulations on commercial marine construction<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Work with local agencies, Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife and Army Corps of Engineers<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ability to work in a highly flexible, team oriented environment with individual responsibilities.<\/p>\n
Required Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n
\u00b7 Has extensive experience with MS Office programs \u2013 Excel, Word, Publisher etc.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Experience with Shoreline regulations<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Experience working with Federal, State and local agencies<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ability to understand construction drawings<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Positive contributor to the team culture; exceptional customer service<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Excellent written and verbal communication<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n
\u00b7 Working knowledge and experience with AutoCAD<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Biological studies background<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Planning \/ Permitting experience<\/p>\n
