This position assists the EI Team with investment and project-level data collection for calculating impact scoring and generating impact reports; community relationship management including maintaining listservs, scheduling multi-stakeholder meetings, connecting with investors, and engaging with current and potential real estate tenants and vendors.<\/p>\n<p>This is a full-time position, with a flexible work schedule and some travel. Our work environment is fast-paced and supportive, and our workflow relies on staff flexibility and adaptability.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><strong>Primary Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\n(The activities listed below represent the core functions of this position.\u00a0 A candidate will be assessed on their ability to successfully fulfill or quickly learn\u00a0these functions.)<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist and coordinate across the EI Team on collecting information for and drafting impact reports that articulate the social, environmental, economic, and financial outcomes of EI\u2019s investment portfolio and project work.<\/li>\n<li>Lead data collection for impact reporting across EI\u2019s investment portfolio.<\/li>\n<li>Use established EI frameworks and templates to draft scopes of work, manage project pipelines and new project intake forms, scoring potential tenants, projects, investments, and evaluate current portfolio holdings.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in drafting project summaries, pitch decks, and case studies.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain team documents and forms including presentation decks and leasing RFPs consistent with Ecotrust branding.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain project listservs including tenant directories and partner\/stakeholder groups.<\/li>\n<li>Connect with partners to schedule meetings, and for feedback on written materials and permission to use names\/photos\/stories in reports, consistent with Ecotrust\u2019s brand equity guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Support real estate asset management including new tenant RFPs, tenant and vendor engagement, and parking lot management.<\/li>\n<li>Support investor relations including organizing events, and assembling and sending gift boxes.<\/li>\n<li>Support Board and Advisory group meetings with note taking and document management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Qualifications and Transferrable Skills<\/strong><br \/>\n(Transferable skills may be gained through education, work experience (including the military) or life experience that are relevant for this position.)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Authentic commitment to Ecotrust\u2019s mission to inspire fresh thinking that creates economic opportunity, social equity, and environmental well-being.
