The paramount requirement is knowledge of IT principles, concepts, and methods; e.g., data<br \/>\nstorage, software applications, and networking. Information technology refers to systems and services used<br \/>\nin the automated acquisition, storage, manipulation, management, movement, control, display, switching,<br \/>\ninterchange, transmission, assurance, or reception of information. Information technology includes<br \/>\ncomputers, network components, peripheral equipment, software, firmware, services, and related sources.<\/p>\n<p>As a Data Scientist at FAA, responsibilities may include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and build Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) using PostGIS and PostgresQL relational databases.
