Degree: Biological sciences, agriculture, natural resource management, chemistry, or related disciplines appropriate to the position,<br \/>\n&#8211;OR&#8211;<br \/>\nB. Combination of education and experience: Courses equivalent to a major, or at least 30 semester hours in courses, as shown above, plus appropriate experience or additional education,<br \/>\n&#8211;OR&#8211;<br \/>\nC. Experience: Four years of experience that demonstrated that the applicant acquired knowledge and understanding of one or more of the biological sciences, agriculture, natural resource management, or related disciplines equivalent to that which would have been acquired through completion of a 4-year course of study as described in A above.<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A qualified candidate&#8217;s resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) in the Federal service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Specialized experience<\/strong>\u00a0for this position is defined as:<strong>\u00a01) participating in an organization&#8217;s fish and wildlife program to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and mandated requirements for fish protection, mitigation, and enhancement measures, 2) coordinating fish culture, habitat improvement, and protection projects to ensure programmatic requirements are satisfied throughout project planning and implementation.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>There is no substitution of education for experience at the GS-13 level.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Your resume should demonstrate that you possess the following knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies (KSACs).
