In addition, you will determine how best to treat or manage the infestations.<\/p>\n Our Natural Resource Specialist 3<\/b> (Integrated Noxious Weed Specialist) is a permanent full-time position,<\/p>\n and is represented by the Service Employees International Union (SEIU). The candidate will be working out of the home in Crook County Oregon.<\/span><\/p>\n We, at Oregon Department of Agriculture <\/i><\/b>(ODA<\/a>) ensures the protection of Oregon\u2019s agriculture and natural resources from the invasion and proliferation of invasive noxious weeds. The Noxious Weed Control Program provides technical leadership and coordination of noxious weed control activities, throughout Oregon with; county, state, federal and private land managers.<\/p>\n \u00a0Click here to view a full description of this position<\/a><\/p>\n Working conditions<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n Some work may need to be conducted during evening hours and on weekends. Work locations away from the office will vary, including a variety of business, public and field locations. Driving great distances in all weather conditions and some overnight travel are required of this position. Employees occasionally applying chemical herbicides products.
