\nPrincipal Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/strong>
\nConduct efficiency evaluations of landscape irrigation systems
\nCollect data in the field and complete customer evaluation reports
\nEducate customers on outdoor water savings opportunities
\nAssist in Water Waste reporting and tracking efforts
\nRepresent the City of Bend Utility Department in a professional manner<\/p>\nPerformance Standards:\u00a0<\/strong>
\nStrong desire to learn about seasonal urban water demands
\nExcellent organizational skills – fieldwork or data analysis experience a plus
\nSome knowledge of natural resources, environmental studies, horticulture, etc. preferred
\nLandscape and\/or irrigation experience a plus, but training will be provided
\nBasic computer and iOS operating skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
\nProficient writing and data analysis skills\n<\/p>\n<\/dd>\nKnowledge, Skills and Qualifications<\/dt>\n\nRequirements:<\/strong>
\nMust have a valid Oregon driver\u2019s license
\nMust be able to complete physical labor, including being able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
\nAbility to work outdoors and in inclement weather
