The\u00a0California Energy Commission<\/a>\u00a0is looking to fill the Chief Counsel position that will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating legal work.\u00a0The position serves as the Energy Commission’s chief attorney and is responsible for providing advice directly to the Commissioners and the Executive Director on all legal matters and issues that may arise in the scope of the Commission carrying out its responsibilities.<\/p>\n A law degree and active membership in the California State Bar is required for this position.<\/p>\n This position is open to interested applicants both within state service and not in state service.
