The founder and Director of The Compost Lab and a global authority on vermicomposting, she organizes an annual conference on large-scale vermicomposting that draws participants from all over the world. Rhonda gives about 50 presentations annually and has authored over 65 publications on vermicomposting and composting. Her latest book is The Worm Farmer\u2019s Handbook by Chelsea Green Publishing.
