The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of GIS experience and a working knowledge of geospatial software and databases, geoprocessing tools, and automating tasks using software and\/or scripting specializing in mobile spatial environments.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">This position requires excellent problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. The ability to communicate effectively across the organization and an eagerness to learn and grow your career as the company grows are key to team member success at\u00a0Critigen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">Our Team Members all regularly work remotely from their home office and at the client office location.\u00a0 We are all working from home at this time but expect future work travel of up to 50%.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">\u00a0<b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"paragraph\">Utilizing Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and associated software to produce, display, and analyze spatial information.<\/li>\n<li class=\"paragraph\">Automating geoprocessing workflows using existing software applications or scripting languages such as Python.<\/li>\n<li class=\"paragraph\">Developing and maintaining databases, reports, and maps related to field utility data<\/li>\n<li class=\"paragraph\">Performing data quality and assurance checks<\/li>\n<li class=\"paragraph\">Retrieving and organizing GIS data for reporting, analysis, and presentation purposes<\/li>\n<li class=\"paragraph\">Configuration of ArcGIS desktop projects, web maps, and map services<\/li>\n<li class=\"paragraph\">Experience working in a consulting environment<\/li>\n<li class=\"paragraph\">Working with your team to optimize and create efficient solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph\"><b>Required Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"paragraph\">Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Geography, GIS, or related discipline<\/li>\n<li class=\"paragraph\">3-5 years of GIS industry experience<\/li>\n<li class=\"paragraph\">Understanding of ArcGIS Server, including management and publication of\u00a0REST Services<\/li>\n<li class=\"paragraph\">Experience using ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and Esri\u2019s Utility Network<\/li>\n<li class=\"paragraph\">Ability to edit and manage JSON<\/li>\n<li class=\"paragraph\">Self-motivated with a desire grow technical capabilities based on interests and project needs<\/li>\n<li class=\"paragraph\">Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment that fosters change, creativity, and flexibility<\/li>\n<li class=\"paragraph\">Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph\"><b>Preferred Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"paragraph\">Understanding\u00a0of ArcGIS Runtime for\u00a0JavaSript<\/li>\n<li class=\"paragraph\">Knowledge of Python (or other programming languages), SQL, and\/or ETL tools such as FME<\/li>\n<li class=\"paragraph\">Familiarity with utility operations and mapping<\/li>\n<li class=\"paragraph\">Understanding of Agile Scrum
