In addition, the chosen candidate will also supervise our department&#8217;s marketing team and actively contribute to the department&#8217;s marketing efforts. Throughout the training process you will meet with your supervisor regularly to discuss expectations and set goals for yourself as well as those under your supervision.<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Your Future in this Role:\u00a0<\/strong>This position will be instrumental in the continued development of regional attractions at Chambers Creek Regional Park. Information received from the background check is reviewed case-by-case and will not necessarily remove an applicant from consideration.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Core Daily Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct the selection, supervision, and evaluation of assigned staff including the Recreation Coordinator, extra hire staff that support programming and facility rentals and two Office Assistants specializing in marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Establish work rules, safety requirements, and performance standards.<\/li>\n<li>Create, coordinate, direct, and schedule local and regional special events.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve grievances and other sensitive personnel matters.
