Hours vary, typically 40 hours per week for 6 months, must be able to work morning, evening, weekends\u00a0and\/or holidays.<\/strong><\/div>\n

General Function:\u00a0<\/strong>
\nResponsible for the overall cleanliness, safety and upkeep of the facility and park at Heritage Recreational Park.<\/p>\n

As a condition of employment, the applicant will need to authorize and complete a background check. Information received from the background check is reviewed case-by-case and will not necessarily remove an applicant from consideration.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Performs general ground maintenances such as but not limited to weeding, trimming and mowing.
\n\u2022 Perform custodial work such as but not limited to sweeping, mopping, litter and trash disposal.
\n\u2022 Perform Parking lot monitoring \/ patrol.<\/p>\n

Job Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Ability to lift, push and pull 50 lbs.
\n\u2022 Ability to work inside and out
\n\u2022 Ability to work in both hot and cold weather<\/p>\n

Desired Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Minimum 18 years of age
\n\u2022 Current driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n
