Examples of experience must include: administering a program for real property, facilities, equipment and vehicles, including conducting long-range planning for management and maintenance, and replacement of assets, safety training, and administering computer programs and data bases needed to conduct inventories and analyses, supervising a inter-disciplinary team and managing a budget for a facilities and maintenance program.<\/p>\n<p>Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time In Grade Requirement:<\/strong>\u00a0Applicants must meet both eligibility and qualification requirements for the position of interest by the closing date of the JOA.
