Our Operating Principles are: <i>Accountability, Commitment, Empathy, Empowerment, Fun, Integrity, Respect, &amp; Well-being.<\/i><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><b>What you will do:<\/b><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\">As a Park Ranger 1 at this location you will get to do a little bit of everything, but your primary duties will include landscape maintenance, custodial maintenance, and general park operations:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><u>Landscape Maintenance<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plant vegetation, mow lawns, and maintain irrigation systems<\/li>\n<li>Prune trees and shrubs using manual and power tools, as well as apply fertilizers and pesticides<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><u>Custodial Maintenance<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clean rest rooms, showers, bathhouses, observation buildings, and maintenance shops<\/li>\n<li>Collect, separate, and properly dispose of garbage and recyclable materials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><u>General Park Operations<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Give direction and oversee the work of seasonal employees, volunteers, and inmates<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and ensure clean work sites, maintenance shops, yards, and storage areas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><u>Additional Duties<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Building, facility, and utility maintenance and construction<\/li>\n<li>Visitor services<\/li>\n<li>Park patrol, safety, and rule enforcement<\/li>\n<li>Resource interpretation and conservation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><b>What we are looking for (Desired Attributes): <\/b><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\">These are the attributes we are looking for in our top candidate.
