If your organization has an annual budget of $100,000 or less, we recommend applying for a grant of $10,000 or less.<\/p>\n<p>Please understand that the funding process is very competitive, and most grants are awarded to organizations with a strong track record of community-based water quality stewardship.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rosefdn.org\/puget-sound-stewardship-mitigation-fund\/eligibility\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>Click here<\/b><\/a>\u00a0<strong>for more on eligibility and priorities.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>If your organization is thinking about proposing work related to scientific research and advocacy projects around orcas, we urge you to consider applying to our\u00a0<strong><a title=\"Northern California Environmental Grassroots Fund\" href=\"https:\/\/rosefdn.org\/orca-fund\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Orca Fund<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0instead.<\/em><\/p>\n<div class=\"article_public_detail\">\n<h2>HOW TO APPLY<\/h2>\n<p>Grants will be awarded up to a maximum amount of $30,000. In addition to larger organizations, we\u2019ve specifically reserved some of the grant funds for smaller grassroots organizations and we encourage proposals from local, volunteer-based groups. Groups of any size are eligible to apply.
