This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring that KCD\u2019s cooperative work with urban and rural residents, farmers, and communities leads to strong conservation outcomes, a vibrant, equitable regional food system, and a more resilient region.<\/p>\n<p>This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced strategic and operational leader who is adept at leading through change. This position requires an individual who can build a strong, collaborative team to deliver education, technical assistance, on-the-ground projects, and funding programs to protect water quality, forest and soil health, and fish and wildlife habitat, as well as build a regional food system.
