skilled in the diagnosis, troubleshooting and maintenance of the WILD system.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>The optimal applicants\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>are innovative, organized, able to make decisions and have strong communication and technical skills.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>We are seeking a candidate,<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0who respects and values the opinions of others, creating an inclusive team environment where every member feels they contribute value to the project and WDFW.<\/p>\n<\/dd>\n<dt>Duties<\/dt>\n<dd>\n<p><strong><em>Our IT Quality Assurance Tester, performs the below duties in support of the WILD (Washington Interactive Licensing Database) System: \u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Quality Assurance<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; tests software on multiple programs and devices for the system in both the WDFW User Acceptance Testing and Production environments.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Data Analysis, Data Management and SQL Report Development<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; develops basic SQL\/SSRS reports.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technical Support<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Provides Tier 1 technical support, including testing and troubleshooting hardware defects, programming, and installing printers and software.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Business Analysis of WILD<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; identifies, analyzes, and investigates processes related to the Department\u2019s business operations as they relate to current and future recreational and commercial IT licensing systems.<\/li>\n<li><strong>System Administration<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; performs back-end operations and maintenance functions of the WILD System Database.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Defects Management<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; troubleshoots advanced system problems or challenges and documents problems.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Software and Data Management<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211;
