Develop documents such as meeting schedules, agendas, technical materials and work plans for the OAH Council and members; schedule and coordinate meeting logistics and documentation; correspond and communicate with Council members; work with ODFW media relations staff to develop media releases on OAH Council activities.<\/p>\n \u2022 Write environmental and policy reports on topics as assigned by MRP Manager, in coordination with Council co-chair: Consult with federal, tribal, state, and local agencies and scientists on the laws, rules, regulations, policies, and guidelines related to OAH; write, review, and edit scientifically based reports; review, and edit scientific white papers synthesizing information OAH. Develop and provide OAH informational and outreach material, which include brochures, white papers, website content etc. Provide technical assistance with interpretation and incorporation of regional, national, international recommendations on OAH, as appropriate.<\/p>\n \u2022 Assist in analyzing, compiling and promoting Oregon\u2019s scientific information related to OAH impacts, OAH adaptation, OAH mitigation, as well as nearshore ecosystem health; communicate results in a variety of venues (state, regional, national, and international forums). Analyze data and technical documents and write reviews, summaries, and draft recommendations. Support ODFW\u2019s maintenance of the regional inventory of OAH monitoring, gaps analysis, and strategic improvement.<\/p>\n The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
