You will ensure Washington State maintains timely, defensible, and implementable water quality permits so that water quality is protected while municipalities, businesses, and industry are able to grow and prosper.<br \/>\nTo do this, you will:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Provide strategic direction and set clear expectations and goals for the section.<\/li>\n<li>Administer the required and delegated functions of the Clean Water Act to assure Ecology is effectively meeting federal delegation responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Represent the agency at complex negotiations.<\/li>\n<li>Recruit, train, and mentor Unit\u00a0Supervisors and other direct reports.
