Activities include all phases of plant propagation using various propagation strategies for a wide variety of native plants grown from seed as well as from dormant hardwood cuttings. Activities also include fertilization and irrigation during seedling establishment phases. In addition to sowing seed and transplanting, employee will take part in basic nursery operations and routine greenhouse chores, assist in the prevention and treatment of diseases, and miscellaneous related tasks.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"GroupedField clear\">\n<div class=\"objectform-parent NoLines objectform-item-display\">\n<div><strong><label>Qualifications:<\/label><\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"item-value\">Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather required. General knowledge of botany, ecology, natural history or horticulture is desired.
