Essential functions may include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assisting with recruiting, including job postings, candidate communications, interview logistics, and onboarding.<\/li>\n<li>Tracking and communicating performance management, training requirements and deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining HR data, systems and files.<\/li>\n<li>Generating and reviewing reports for accuracy and compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing HR forms.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Serving as Youth Safety coordinator and primary or back-up time reporting coordinator.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"win0divHRS_SCH_PSTDSC_row$4\" class=\"ps_box-scrollarea-row\">\n<div id=\"win0divHRS_SCH_WRK_DESCR100$4\" class=\"ps_box-group hrs_cg_groupbox_field_label_back\">\n<h2 class=\"ps_header-group\"><span id=\"HRS_SCH_WRK_DESCR100$4lbl\" class=\"ps-text\">RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE<\/span><\/h2>\n<div id=\"win0divHRS_SCH_WRK_DESCR100grp$4\" class=\"ps_content-group\">\n<div id=\"win0divHRS_SCH_PSTDSC_DESCRLONG$4\" class=\"ps_box-longedit psc_disabled psc_has_valueasrte psc_nolabel psc_wrappable\">\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><u>Level of Position<\/u>: This is a junior position and duties are performed under general supervision and established guidelines.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Does not supervise any staff.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a team member for assigned projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u><span style=\"color: #000000\">Within the scope of the position, the Human Resources Coordinator will:<\/span><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate personnel files; including processing new hire paperwork, data entry, maintaining online and hard copy files, preparing new hire materials, processing employment changes, responding to employee inquiries, and providing general administrative support.<\/li>\n<li>Provide updates to various HR systems.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and handle highly sensitive employee data.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate efforts of special project activities within assigned functions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u><span style=\"color: #000000\">Work Environment and Schedule<\/span><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work flexible and\/or extended hours when needed.<\/li>\n<li>Work is performed in an office environment and involves only infrequent exposure to disagreeable elements and minor physical exertion and\/or strain.
