Assist the Treaty Rights and Government Affairs Department to develop programs to research and promote Tulalip Tribes resilience to climate change. Help to organize and\/or represent the Tulalip Tribes on relevant technical or policy-related forums. Assume additional responsibilities and perform other duties as directed. This position is expected to work well independently and cooperatively, and on a wide array of projects and subject matter under the guidance and direction of the Director of Treaty Rights and Government Affairs\n<\/p>\n<p><b>Compensation:<\/b><b>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>$29.47 hr.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><b>Education Required<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Environmental Policy or Planning, Environmental Science, Biology, Native Environmental Science, Natural Resources Management, Conservation Biology, or other relevant natural or social science fields,<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s Degree preferred. *A Master\u2019s Degree will substitute for three (3) years\u2019 experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Minimum Related Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Five (5) years\u2019 experience in Conservation Biology, Natural Resources Management or Policy, Environmental Policy or Planning, Environmental Science, Native Environmental Science, or related natural or social science field.<\/li>\n<li>Five (5) years\u2019 experience facilitating technical discussions and meetings among experts in Conservation Biology, Natural Resources, Environmental Policy or similar fields.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required Licenses\/Certifications\/Prerequisites<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have and maintain a valid Driver\u2019s License and must adhere to the Tribal Insurance Policy.
